SI (Sport Innovations) offers a limited 2 year limited warranty from the date of purchase or first date of rental. The Customer agrees to properly maintain equipment at all times. The Customer will be responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from damage due to intentional or neglect act or omission. Any repairs or service work performed by a party not authorized by SI will void the warranty. Exposure to liquids, glue, sand and other substances is not covered by warranty. Shipping fees for repairs are the Customer's responsibility if negligent damage occurs. SI is responsible to pay for shipping for malfunctioning equipment during the (2) two year limited warranty period. All instructions for proper maintenance of equipment is supplied by SI to the Customer must be followed for the above-noted warranty to be applicable. To the extent allowed by applicable law, no other warranties are made, either expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Accidental or intentional damages resulting from trampling, dropping, smushing, or any other misuse of product are considered negligent damages. Any equipment shipped by the customer must be packaged with proper protection. SI bares no responsibility for damage that occurs during the shipping process for equipment shipped by the customer.
